Foundation models can read the genome, but they rarely tell us why. BODHI Lab builds models that learn the language of DNA, then opens them up to recover the mechanisms behind disease.

BODHI Lab is building a small, collaborative group of students who enjoy both machine learning and biology. We are recruiting PhD students for Fall 2027, Master's students and research interns, and we welcome collaborators.
