BODHI Lab is building a small, collaborative group of PhD students, postdocs and undergraduates who enjoy both machine learning and biology. You do not need to be an expert in both; you need to care about getting the explanation right.
Postdocs
Lead a research direction
Recent PhDs in machine learning, computational biology or genomics. Applicants with, or applying for, a fellowship are especially welcome; funded openings will be posted here.
Master's students
Work on a real question
Stony Brook Master's students can join a project for a thesis, independent study or research credit.
Research interns
Start with a question
Undergraduates and visiting students with programming experience and curiosity about biology are welcome.
